1. Agreement to terms
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of Scrollgem. By creating an account or using the product, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you don’t agree, please don’t use Scrollgem.
2. Using Scrollgem
You must be at least 16 years old to use Scrollgem. You’re responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for all activity that happens under your account.
Sites in our library are provided as editable starting points for your own projects. You’re responsible for the content, branding and functionality of any site you publish using one.
3. Subscriptions & billing
Paid plans are billed in advance on a monthly or yearly basis. You can cancel anytime — you’ll keep access to paid features until the end of your current billing period. We don’t offer prorated refunds for partial billing periods, except where required by law.
4. Acceptable use
You agree not to: resell or redistribute our site library as a standalone product; use Scrollgem to build sites that are illegal, harmful or infringing; attempt to reverse-engineer or scrape the product beyond normal use; or interfere with the security or performance of the service.
5. Intellectual property
Scrollgem and the underlying site library, components and code are owned by us and licensed to you for use within the product. Sites you build using a remix — including your own copy, branding and images — belong to you.
6. Termination
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms. You can close your account at any time from your account settings; we’ll retain your data per our Privacy Policy.
7. Disclaimers
Scrollgem is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We don’t guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any particular business outcome will result from using a site.
8. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Scrollgem won’t be liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of the product.
9. Changes to these terms
We may update these Terms occasionally. Continued use of Scrollgem after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
